Job summary

Pella Windows & Doors of DFW/WTX is seeking a Service Coordinator to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complex technical questions, scheduling service visits, and coordinating with technicians. You will enter service orders, document interactions in Pella systems, source parts, prepare quotes, and communicate clearly with customers to set expectations.

The role requires strong organization, multi-tasking, and collaboration with internal teams to meet deadlines and deliver world-class

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; diplomacy in challenging interactions.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues by gathering information, identifying problems, and offering solutions.
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm details or provide updates.
• Enter service orders and document customer interactions in Pella systems.
• Coordinate with Service Technicians to ensure accurate and timely completion of service events.
• Research parts in PERL and confirm availability; order parts through Corporate as needed.
