Job summary

Pella is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver quality support to customers by phone, email, web requests, fax, or in person. You will handle inquiries, diagnose issues, schedule service, and provide quotes while maintaining a customer‑focused attitude.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Pella software like PQM/POETS/OMS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; AA or technical degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of customer service or general business experience preferred.
• Desirable but not required: knowledge of general construction applications and terminology and/or window/door applications.

Responsibilities

• Gather information via calls and emails and answer questions regarding product and service issues.
• Diagnose service issues; process service requests; schedule service appointments; provide quotes; order service parts.
• Research and troubleshoot product issues; update customer files in the Pella Service System.
• Assist Service Technicians with scheduling, parts orders, and customer communications.
• Process customer payments via credit card and coordinate delivery methods for service parts.
