Job summary

Servco Pacific Inc is hiring a Customer Care Coordinator in Honolulu to support our centralized call center across Hawaii. You will assist customers with scheduling service appointments and ensure timely communication throughout the process.

The role requires at least two years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work a full-time schedule (9:00am–6:00pm) from Monday through Saturday, with basic computer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and typing 25 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and make outbound follow-up calls in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments by phone and via email and online requests.
• Accurately identify and document service needs.
• Coordinate shuttle or loaner service as requested.
• Resolve customer issues and provide regular status updates.
