Responsibilities

• Coordinate client appointments for the service department.
• Make 3- and 1-day reminder calls and adjust schedules as needed.
• Follow up on missed appointments and customer feedback.
• Prepare service repair orders for the next day with accurate info.
• Manage back-order parts confirmation and data mining to improve traffic and retention.
• Scan repair orders with the DMS and keep POS updated.
• Assist with clerical tasks and accept client payments per policy.
