Job summary

ProBuilt Hawaii on Oahu, HI is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a full-time, in-person, hourly position. You will be the first point of contact, guiding customers from inquiry to appointment and ensuring they feel informed and supported from the start.

You’ll manage scheduling, data entry in CRM, and coordinating with sales, ops, and field teams to keep the process smooth and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or a related role.
• Clear, professional communication and phone presence.
• Comfort with both inbound and outbound calls.
• Familiarity with CRM and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions about roofing services, estimates, appointments, and next steps.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and confirm upcoming appointments.
• Gather customer and project information to help qualify incoming leads.
• Schedule roofing inspections, estimates, and service appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Provide friendly, professional, and solutions-focused service during every interaction.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information, call notes, lead activity, and appointment details in our CRM.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to prevent opportunities from falling through.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and field teams so everyone has the information they need.
• Resolve routine questions or concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Follow established processes, scripts, and service standards while using good judgment.
• Identify common questions or process gaps and share feedback for improvement.
• Support other customer service and administrative tasks as assigned.
