Job summary

Johnson Brothers Plumbing, Inc. in Ocala, FL is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Dispatcher. This in-person role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a pay range of $16.00–$19.00 per hour.

You’ll greet customers, schedule services, and coordinate with technicians to keep the office running smoothly. The right candidate is dependable, organized, and personable with excellent communication. Plumbing industry familiarity is a plus, and ServiceTitan experience is welcome but not

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer and typing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn scheduling and customer-management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or service-industry office experience is preferred.
• ServiceTitan experience is not required, but we would love to find someone who is already familiar with the software.
• Plumbing or home-service industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers feel confident that they called the right plumbing company.
• Answer incoming calls with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Listen carefully and gather accurate information about each customer’s plumbing needs.
• Schedule service appointments and enter detailed job information into our scheduling software.
• Monitor and respond to customer emails, text messages, and other communications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and job records.
• Communicate with service technicians and office team members throughout the day.
• Help coordinate the daily schedule and respond to changes as they arise.
• Manage multiple tasks and interruptions while remaining calm and organized.
• Follow through on assigned responsibilities and customer needs.
