Johnson Brothers Plumbing, Inc. in Ocala, FL is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Dispatcher. This in-person role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a pay range of $16.00–$19.00 per hour.

You’ll greet customers, schedule services, and coordinate with technicians to keep the office running smoothly. The right candidate is dependable, organized, and personable with excellent communication. Plumbing industry familiarity is a plus, and ServiceTitan experience is welcome but not

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer and typing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn scheduling and customer-management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or service-industry office experience is preferred.
• ServiceTitan experience is not required, but we would love to find someone who is already familiar with the software.
• Plumbing or home-service industry experience is a plus, but not required.

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Dispatcher to join our office team.

As the first voice many of our customers hear, you will play an important role in setting the tone for their entire experience with our company. This position involves more than answering phones—you will help customers, schedule service appointments, communicate with technicians, and keep our service department running smoothly.

Compensation and Benefits

• $16.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, eight-hour shifts
