Job summary

Controlled Products Systems Group (CPSG) is seeking an on-site Customer Care Associate in New York. You will enter and expedite orders, respond to customer inquiries, and keep clients informed on order status and shipping details to ensure top-tier service.

The role requires 2 years of customer care experience in manufacturing or distribution, excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills, and strong computer skills with CRM software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer care in manufacturing or distribution.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use CRM systems.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Enter and expedite orders; respond to customer requests.
• Follow up on open orders and relay shipping information.
• Process customer claims and disputes; distribute inquiries.
• Maintain safety, quality and a clean working environment.
• Assist with inventory tracking and restocking at the branch.
• Meet and greet will-call customers; ensure expeditious order completion.
• Operate forklift and other branch equipment as required.
