Job summary

System One is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative in New York to support the Sales Team and manage a portfolio of existing customers. The role starts with inside sales tasks, including customer service, order management, quoting, and sample coordination, with growth into outside sales and territory development.

Responsibilities include handling orders, providing quotations, maintaining CRM/ERP records, and coordinating with Sales Managers on pre- and post-sales activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside or B2B sales
• Manufacturing/packaging/cosmetics experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization and time management
• Willingness to travel to customer meetings

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Enter orders, quotations, sample requests, artwork requests, and other sales tasks.
• Provide exceptional service and maintain CRM/ERP records for customers.
• Support pre-sales and after-sales activities with Sales Managers.
• Generate quotations and assist with pricing per company policies.
• Build relationships and upsell within assigned customers.
• Transition toward outside sales and new business development as training milestones are met.
