Job summary

ADDMAN is seeking a Customer Service Representative in New York to act as the primary contact for customers, handling order status, schedules, and product inquiries in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will coordinate with Program Managers and Shipping to provide accurate updates, maintain records, and support cross-functional teams while delivering professional, timely service and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or related experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience working with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries on orders and schedules.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, Site Management, Operations and Shipping for status updates.
• Use the ERP system to review orders, production status, and shipments.
• Provide customers with timely order progress and delivery information.
• Maintain customer records and communication logs.
• Escalate issues to appropriate personnel as needed.
