Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Must be able to get P&C (Property & Casualty) Licensed.

• Successfully juggle multiple priorities at any given time.
• Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Understand basic product, billing and processing guidelines.
• Accept feedback when offered and works well with others.

• Research and identify timely solutions to client-related problems.

• Assist with inbound customer calls
• Assist clients to resolve general service inquiries as needed
• Follow-up with existing and potential clients
