Hannah Hoskins State Farm is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily operations, build meaningful customer relationships, and act as a liaison between customers and agency departments. You will proactively market relevant products and services to grow the agency.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance or related field preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
• Identify gaps in coverage and present options to fill those gaps.
