Job summary

Enterprise is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR) to provide exceptional face-to-face customer service at our Astoria, NY office. You will assist both internal and external customers, support branch and rental needs, and gain knowledge through local training to provide administrative support and service customers.

The role offers a benefits package including PTO, health/dental/vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have two years of college and/or customer service experience combined.
• Valid US driver’s license required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the lot using prescribed dialogue.
• Assist customers with branch and rental needs.
• Review rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Document customer satisfaction and address issues.
• Inspect vehicles for damages and direct toward reports.
• Understand CDW, Emerald Aisle, and Choice processes and related documents.
