Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Corporation in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to serve as the post-installation point of contact for customers, guiding them through the lifecycle of their project to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience.

Daily responsibilities include contacting customers after installation to confirm satisfaction, coordinating with sales and production teams to address issues, requesting and tracking feedback and reviews, and maintaining accurate records in MS

Qualifications

Customer Service experience or equivalent knowledge and skills.
Sales environment experience with ability to secure repeat/referral business.
BA/BS degree or equivalent job experience required; related background preferred.
Proficient with MS Office, Excel, email, PCS and iPad functions; strong communication.

Responsibilities

Contact customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address issues.
Manage back-end aspects of projects to meet timelines and ensure first-time completion.
Close out projects next business day after completion and collect feedback.
Relay customer information to sales/production and follow up as needed.
Solicit online reviews through calls and emails; keep accurate records.
