Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to schedule in-home Measure Technician appointments after a sale and to act as the main coordinator between Design Consultants, homeowners, and internal teams during evening and weekend hours.

Ideal candidates are organized, dependable, customer-focused, and able to manage calendars and communications across multiple systems with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• 1+ year of data entry or administrative experience.
• Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and organizational.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office tools (Word, Excel).
• Ability to stay organized with multiple priorities.
• Calm, friendly, solution‑focused approach with customers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule in-home Measure Technician appointments after a sale.
• Coordinate between Design Consultants, homeowners, and internal teams during evening and weekend hours.
• Maintain accurate calendars, schedules, and customer records.
• Update scheduling information in systems such as rForce and Salesforce.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust as needed.
• Ensure timely scheduling during evening and weekend shifts.
