Job summary

Service Minds in Bradenton, FL seeks a Customer Care Consultant to be the first point of contact for customers of Mister Sparky Electric, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. You’ll listen, understand needs, build trust, and convert opportunities into scheduled service appointments.

You’ll work in a fast-paced call center, meet individual and team goals, and collaborate with Dispatch and field teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in call center or similar roles.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to meet booking/conversion goals.
• Proven ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Convert opportunities into booked appointments.
• Enter customer data accurately and maintain records.
• Collaborate with Dispatch and Branch Operations.
