Job summary

Service Minds is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Bradenton, FL to join our fast-paced team supporting Mister Sparky Electric, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. You will handle inbound calls, understand customer needs, and schedule service appointments while aiming to convert opportunities into booked appointments.

Competitive pay and benefits apply. Starting pay is $17/hour with up to $18/hour for bilingual team members and uncapped commission

Qualifications

• Previous call center or customer service experience.
• Confident on the phone with customers.
• Able to book appointments and meet goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Listen carefully to understand each customer's needs.
• Build rapport and trust with customers over the phone.
• Schedule service appointments for Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC teams.
• Convert incoming customer opportunities into booked appointments.
• Clearly communicate available services and next steps.
• Gather accurate information about service needs.
• Enter customer details into company systems.
• Collaborate with Dispatch, Branch Operations, and technicians.
• Represent Service Minds with professionalism and integrity.
