Elevance Health is seeking a Customer Care Representative II/III in Midland, GA. The role requires on-site work, with training at the office and a fixed shift (Monday–Friday 8am–8pm).

A 100% attendance during training is required, and relative commuting distance to the Midland location is emphasized. The CCR will handle policyholder and provider inquiries, perform research, and conduct outbound calls within ZipDrug.

Qualifications

• CCR II requires HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of the company's experience in an automated customer service environment.
• CCR III requires HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of the company's experience in an automated customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries from policyholders, providers and/or others for information and assistance.
• Performs research to respond to inquiries and interprets policy provisions to determine most effective response.
• Outbound calls are conducted in the ZipDrug business area.
