Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in automated customer service environment.
• Ability to work from home with wired internet.
• Empathetic, customer-focused and good communication.
• Comfort with multiple computer applications and digital tools.
• Flexible schedule with potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions by phone or written contact about benefits, contracts, eligibility and claims.
• Analyze problems and provide information/solutions.
• Use PC systems to retrieve and document information in the database.
• Maintain positive customer relations with internal teams to resolve requests.
• Follow up on inquiries and document outcomes for tracking.
• Handle multiple tasks and channels while talking with customers.
