Job summary

Guest Worldwide is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Sales and Territory Managers with hotel and operational supplies. You will answer calls, provide order history and pricing information, and process orders, credits, and returns.

You will also coordinate vendor dropship orders, monitor back orders, ETA, and shipment tracking, and prepare customer acknowledgments while ensuring satisfaction across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience with shipping and inventory control knowledge.
• Call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails from Territory Managers; research ETA, order history, delivery issues and proof of delivery.
• Process orders, invoices, credits/returns and respond to customer inquiries.
• Enter and update vendor drop ship orders with vendor IDs, costs, sizes, colors, etc.
• Monitor back orders, check ETA and stock availability; arrange substitutions if needed.
• Research ETA, proof of delivery, shipment tracking and returns information as needed.
• Prepare and send customer order acknowledgments and communicate status to customers and TMs.
• Resolve order issues such as delivery discrepancies and back orders; process adjustments/returns per policy.
