Job summary

Service Minds LLC in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Customer Care Consultant to be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls and booking service appointments across Mister Sparky, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. You’ll listen, build trust, and move opportunities to scheduled work.

Starting pay is $17/hour with up to $18/hour for bilingual team members. Top performers can earn $27+ per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous call center, customer service, inside sales, appointment-setting, or similar experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and create a positive customer experience.
• Comfort working toward booking, conversion, and performance goals.
• High school diploma or GED required, bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Listen to understand customer needs and build trust.
• Schedule service appointments for Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC teams.
• Convert incoming opportunities into booked appointments and communicate next steps.
• Enter customer information accurately into company systems.
• Collaborate with Dispatch, Branch Operations, and technicians to support the customer experience.
