Job summary

Bradham Comfort Services Inc is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our Brookfield, NC team. You will handle high volumes of calls and emails, convert inquiries into booked service appointments, and support maintenance and service teams.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, solve problems, and participate in trainings.
• Coachable and open to feedback and growth.
• Professional, dependable and comfortable using tablets/service software.
• Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical services, or home services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
• Empathize and understand customer's urgent HVAC and electrical needs.
• Promote maintenance plans and schedule outbound service calls.
• Respond to customer requests, resolve issues and promote the brand.
• Establish customer rapport and encourage repeat business.
• Participate in training to boost booked calls and outbound calling.
• Adhere to the plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
