You will handle in-store transactions, assist customers with financial services, and maintain precise records in the POS system. The role emphasizes service quality and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail; accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; personal vehicle for workday use (mileage reimbursed).
• Background check required; results reviewed per applicable law.
• Ability to meet physical demands: stationary most of the day, may lift up to 25 pounds, and keyboard use.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Offer personalized financial services to fit customers’ lives.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system with precision.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments and scheduling appointments.
• Support in-store events and on-site activities when needed.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance customer experience.
• Follow security protocols for vault and cash drawer; open/close procedures as needed.
• Stay compliant with company policies and applicable laws; participate in ongoing training.
