Numotion, North America’s largest provider of mobility products and services, is seeking a Full-Time Customer Care Specialist in Sacramento. You will receive and implement new equipment requests, determine reimbursement eligibility, coordinate service delivery, and move orders through Numotion’s order processing system.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new equipment requests and collect demographics.
• Verify insurance/funding eligibility and inform customers of financial responsibilities.
• Enter orders into the processing system and move orders toward completion.
• Respond to inquiries and concerns to improve satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Coordinate scheduling for evaluations and adjustments with technicians.
• Adhere to productivity and department improvement initiatives.
