Job summary

Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) seeks an Order Management Representative to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and exceptional customer service.

You will liaise with customers, suppliers, distributors and internal teams to process orders, track status, resolve inquiries, and support sales operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and at least two years of experience in order management or sales support;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, sales support, order management, business operations, or a related field.
• Experience working with suppliers, distributors, procurement processes, or order fulfillment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders with suppliers and distributors accurately and efficiently.
• Review orders for compliance with pricing, terms, conditions, and delivery requirements.
• Manage backlog reports and open orders within GST systems and customer portals.
• Monitor, track, and follow up on quote logs and open order activities.
• Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and ensure timely resolution.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide proactive order status updates.
• Identify customer needs and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day customer service requests and operational inquiries.
• Assist the sales team with customer Requests for Quotes (RFQs), including response preparation and documentation.
• Support order management processes to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to resolve order-related issues.
• Perform additional customer service, administrative, or operational duties as assigned.
