Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Manage inquiries via phone/email, provide order and shipping updates, and resolve customer issues.
• Order Entry: Enter orders accurately into ERP, verify pricing/specs, process changes, and issue confirmations.
• Sales & Administrative Support: Support sales with order tracking, maintain ERP/CRM records, and assist Accounts Receivable when needed.
• Production & Shipping Coordination: Coordinate with production planning to meet delivery commitments and work with shipping on timely deliveries.
