Job summary

In this hybrid role you will advocate for customers, manage inventory and projects, handle EDI and IT-related tasks, and collaborate across CIMT, QA, and operations to optimize the order flow and service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' relevant customer service and sales support experience.
• Experience in the protein/poultry industry preferred.
• Strong communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders for Wayne Farms and WFJV, including RMAs and sample requests.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with timely communication of forecasts and inventories.
• Coordinate cross-functional daily tasks with CIMT, Production planning, QA, Operations & Logistics.
• Plan daily loads with Logistics to maximize fill rate and reduce freight costs.
• EDI order maintenance and IT project coordination with the IT team.
• Broker management, onboarding new customers, and A/R reconciliation.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
