Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC is seeking an experienced Order Management Specialist in a hybrid role based in Georgia. The position focuses on customer account management, coordinating orders with production and logistics, and acting as a customer advocate to ensure excellent service.

Responsibilities include handling orders, RMAs, allocations, and coordinating cross-functional teams to optimize fulfillment and on-time delivery, while driving process improvements across the order management cycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service and sales support experience; poultry/protein environment preferred.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for Wayne Farms and WFJV accurately and timely.
• Build and maintain customer relationships; communicate forecasts, inventories, and order statuses.
• Coordinate with CIMT, Production planning, QA, Operations & Logistics to manage orders.
• Assist with load planning coordination with Logistics to maximize fill rate and freight efficiency.
• Perform EDI order maintenance, IT project testing, and onboarding of new customers.
