Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a clerical position.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and enter data into purchasing management software accurately.
• Monitor and track purchase orders; contact suppliers for late or missing orders.
• Prepare purchasing reports and assist with monthly inventory.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or manager.
