Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: maintain/update inventory records; assist with cycle counts; monitor stock levels.
• Order Processing: enter purchase/sales orders and shipping docs; verify details; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Shipping & Receiving: prepare labels, packing slips, bills of lading; log incoming shipments; verify quantities.
• Administrative Support: maintain invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders; respond to inquiries; assist reporting.
• Collaboration & Communication: provide status updates; clarify requirements; share information with carriers and departments.
