Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, sales support, or related role.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Team-oriented with strong communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Enter, confirm, and maintain customer orders, shipments, pricing, and receipts in the ERP system.
• Review customer portal data and adjust orders as directed by Sales.
• Monitor orders throughout the sales process and communicate updates.
• Prepare and distribute sales pricing sheets and order confirmations.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with customers, transport, and teams.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales team to ensure excellent service.
• Support AR/AP activities related to sales operations.
• Assist with reports, projects, and general office administration.
