You will provide clerical support to managers and service advisors, handle accounting tasks, and help ensure smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced shop environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers and prospects promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean workspace as the first point of contact.
• Manage incoming calls, walk-ins, and written correspondence, routing them appropriately.
• Provide clerical support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables/payables and enter data into accounting systems.
• Balance month-end statements and perform related duties as assigned.
