Job summary

Tower Loan seeks a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver exceptional service and build customer relationships. You will assist clients with financial solutions, process payments, and support branch operations on-site in Texas.

The role emphasizes cash handling, loan promotions, and accurate documentation, with a schedule Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM and possible extended hours including Saturdays. Tower Loan supports career growth through training and internal advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Cash handling, sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting relevant financial solutions.
• Receive and process payments in customer accounts.
• Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
• Maintain and secure cash drawers and accounting activities, including balancing and deposits.
• Execute office administrative activities, including mail, filing and purchasing supplies.
• Process loan applications and collect payments due.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
