Job summary

Servco Pacific Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator in Honolulu to join our centralized call center. You will answer inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and follow up via phone and email, ensuring clear, timely communication with customers.

The role requires at least 2 years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Work is full-time, on-site, with a pay range of $19.42–$24.36 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and outgoing follow-up calls.
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments by phone and follow-up via email/online requests.
• Identify and document service needs accurately.
• Coordinate shuttle or loaner service when needed.
• Resolve customer issues and provide status updates.
