Job summary

Servco Pacific Inc. in West Oahu is seeking a Customer Relations Associate to greet walk‑in customers and foster a warm, friendly showroom environment.

You will support daily operations and help ensure a smooth customer experience from arrival through follow‑up. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, reviewing calendars for appointments, logging floor traffic, handling calls, and maintaining a professional showroom.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service, receptionist and/or clerical experience.
• Must be able to type 35 wpm.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner upon entrance into the dealership.
• Review dealership calendar daily to be aware of scheduled appointments and deliveries; generate floor activity reports.
• Provide customer service, including greeting and directing customers, obtaining contact information, and documenting vehicle mileage.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of customer and floor traffic information into the daily log.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls or relay messages to appropriate parties.
• Maintain professional appearance of showroom and work area.
