Job summary

Servco Pacific Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our centralized call center in Hawaii. You will schedule service appointments for various dealerships and assist customers with inquiries, while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, and documenting service needs. The role requires 2+ years in customer service and strong communication, with a 9:00am–6:00pm Saturday schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Call center and auto service department experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and able to type a minimum of 25 wpm.
• Must be flexible to work a part-time schedule Monday through Saturday between the hours of 9:00am - 6:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls in a timely manner during workforce gaps.
• Schedule appointments by phone, accurately identifying and documenting appropriate service and maintenance needs.
• Coordinate proper transportation needs as requested.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and lapsed customers (notifications, reschedule missed appointments, marketing lists).
• Effectively resolve customer issues or concerns.
