Speedy Cash is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Houston, TX. You will assist customers with transactions, build relationships, and maintain accurate records in our POS system. The role emphasizes in-store service, teamwork, and adherence to company policies in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Assist in on-site and community events as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and meet cleanliness standards.
• Uphold company policies and comply with laws.
• Maintain full-time attendance including weekends (40 hours).
