Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on products and services.
• Escalate issues to store leadership when needed.
• Answer inquiries and assist with applications or other requests.
• Conduct outbound customer calls in line with policies and procedures.
• Handle cash, manage cash drawer, and deposits.
• Balance daily batch receipts and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure transactions comply with company policies.
