Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead customer interactions and ensure service excellence at our Wisconsin stores. You will act as a brand ambassador, promote products, and support bank-like cash handling and transactional duties.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to follow federal regulations and company policies while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation with valid Driver’s License and Automobile Insurance.
• Ability and willingness to embrace core values: accountable, inclusive, transparent, and focused.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations, or corporate office as needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with customer applications and requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Respond professionally and accurately to customers and explain possible solutions.
