Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for new service or terminations with clear instructions.
• Identify and resolve utility service issues and billing inquiries.
• Set up accounts, verify creditworthiness, and determine deposits.
• Provide personalized solutions to lower utility costs.
• Process payments and balance cash drawers daily.
• Prepare bank deposits and financial reporting.
