You will assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and updating account information, while documenting interactions in the CRM system. The role offers on-site schedule Monday–Friday with some Saturday rotation, paid training, and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service, call center or retail experience preferred.
• Proficient in using computer systems, software applications, and telephone systems required.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls promptly and professionally with a warm greeting and clear identification of self and company.
• Identify and prioritize urgent or escalated issues to ensure prompt resolution.
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, or updating account information to meet needs and expectations.
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow established call center guidelines, procedures, and scripts to ensure consistent service quality.
