• Experience delivering customer service in a retail or call-center environment.
• Ability to coach and mentor teammates to improve product knowledge and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentor associates to improve problem solving and product knowledge.

• Track trends and provide recommendations to improve policies and procedures affecting customer experience.
