Raymond West is seeking a Customer Care Manager to lead aftermarket activities for major accounts, driving retention, program implementation and sales growth. The role requires strong communication, leadership and cross-department collaboration to deliver exceptional customer service.

Primary duties include maintaining key relationships, developing new accounts, and coordinating with factories to resolve issues while promoting Raymond West programs and solutions nationwide.
