You will coordinate with departments and factories to resolve customer issues, support account managers with presentations, and drive aftermarket sales initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to manage relationships across teams while traveling as needed to support customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Must maintain effective working relationships across departments.
• Willing to work off-hours and take on more responsibility as needed.
• Must perform essential job functions in a safe, alert state.
• Communicate with all levels of employees, customers, and manufacturers both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing accounts and develop targeted new accounts.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with staff and departments.
• Interface with other departments and Raymond West factories to resolve customer issues.
• Assist Account Managers with presentations and aftermarket support.
• Establish operational procedures for assigned accounts.
• Communicate customer issues to appropriate parties.
• Travel to job sites as required by assignments.
• Other duties as directed by management.
