Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor CCMs and oversee staff performance.
• Recruit and train CCMs; conduct monthly 1-on-1s.
• Oversee resolution of customer complaints.
• Analyze service performance reports.
• Drive sales of products and maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
