Orbit Leasing in Michigan is seeking a Customer Service Advocate / Collector who is customer-service driven with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. This role offers a full-time schedule and opportunities to impact customers' credit rebuilding journey.

You will handle high call volumes, take payments, arrange payment plans, and communicate across phone, email, text, and letters in a fast-paced, compliant office setting. Prior collections or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer service and/or collections experience.
• Full-time availability Mon-Fri 8am-6pm with occasional Saturdays.

Responsabilidades

• Answer a high number of incoming calls daily.
• Make a high number of outgoing calls daily.
• Take and process payments via credit card or check over the phone.
• Make payment arrangements with customers.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and letters.
• Maintain compliance with policies and training; perform other duties as assigned.
