Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2+ years in commercial collections, accounts receivable, credit, or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections for 30–90 days past due accounts and assist 90+ day accounts with supervision.
• Assess creditworthiness and support credit approvals; set and monitor credit limits.
• Maintain accurate account records, payment histories, and AR aging reports.
• Deliver professional service, build customer relationships, and coordinate with internal teams.
