Formación

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer calls and provide prompt issue resolution.
• Data entry.
• Assist in account reconciliation.
• Prepare reports and invoices.
• Process new accounts and orders.
• Make outbound calls to obtain information and/or to provide follow up to resolve customer issues.
• Occasional miscellaneous projects.
