Job summary

Chamberlain Group’s CPSG division is seeking a customer care professional to handle orders, respond to inquiries, and provide top-tier service for dealers and installers. The role emphasizes on-site presence, accuracy in order processing, and collaboration across branches.

You will use CRM tools to track orders, resolve issues, and support inventory and shipping processes, with emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction. Fluency in Spanish and relevant experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma/GED.
• Minimum 2 years of customer care experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain heavy daily telephone contact with customers regarding product information and availability.
• Enter and expedite orders; follow up on order status and shipping information.
• Use CRM to initiate and process customer cases and maintain reports; handle claims and disputes.
