Responsibilities

• Maintain heavy daily phone contact with external and internal customers.
• Enter orders and expedite them per procedures; respond to customer requests.
• Follow up on orders and provide shipping status; use CRM to create reports.
• Process customer claims and distribute inquiries appropriately.
• Assist with inventory tracking and branch restocking.
• Greet will-call customers and ensure expeditious order completion.
